
Our Coaching Services
Customized coaching includes individual and group sessions, plus specialized training for educators, administrators, and organizations in partnership with Results Coaching Global.
Coaching services vary and are customized based upon the needs of the leader, school, and/or district. Some services that are available are individual coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and the delivery of coaching specific training. In partnership with Results Coaching Global, an accredited coach training program, LSJ partners to offer the following specific training to teachers, central office administrators, college and universities, instructional coaches, school leaders, faith-based organizations and others:
Individual Coaching Session
Individual Coaching sessions vary and are customized based upon the needs of the leader, school, district, or organization. One-on-one sessions are created where confidential topics are presented by the client and explored together with the coach and client. Coaching has been identified as key tool for executive and leadership development, has been cited as a significant way to produce both performance and cultural change, and has positively impacted leadership, increasing charismatic behaviors and their ability to inspire and impact followers (Bennett & Bush, 2011).
Mentor Coaching
Mentor Coaching opportunities are available for those credential or non-credential coaches who desire to improve their coaching performance and mastery at a particular level (ACC, PCC, or MCC) while working with a certified mentor coach over a series of mentor coaching sessions. Coach mentoring is primarily aimed at improving the mentee’s performance on the core competency as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Customized Coaching Training
Customized Coaching Training is customized and tailored to the needs of the organization who is committed to creating a coaching culture where managers, leaders, internal or external coaches are equipped with the competencies, skills, and behaviors of a coach. Sessions vary in length and scope based upon the organization’s needs and capacity for training.
Mentor Training
Mentoring Training is offered to those educators and professionals who may be assigned the role of mentor in a work-place setting. Mentoring is an important role and opportunity to develop the mentee’s capacity and competency when the mentor has been trained on how to create and maintain a structured, reflective, ongoing, learner-centered mentoring relationship that honors both the mentor and the mentee and that are grounded on adult learning principles.
Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision is a service that is provided to external and internal coaches who desire to work with an accredited coach supervisor. Coaching Supervision, according to the International Coaching Federation (2024) “is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients and creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures in becoming masterful in the way they work with their clients. Coaching supervision is an essential prerequisite for maintaining quality, competence, and professionalism within our schools, organizations, consultancy, and coaching.
PCC Assessor Support
PCC Assessor Support is provided to those coaches who are seeking an ICF credential and desire the feedback of a PCC assessor or for those organizations who may desire an assessor to support an ICF Level II (PCC) accreditation program.
