On-site Technical Assistance consists of customized services that provide support to classroom teachers, principals or assistant principals, central office personnel, and organizational leaders. Technical Assistance is an on-site or campus-based support that could include mentoring, supervision of instruction, evaluation models, co-walks with school observers with feedback, facilitation of meetings and planning sessions in the areas of leadership, teaching and learning, program and event planning, and professional development. Assistance can include modeling and debriefing conversations with teachers, employees, or leaders about a particular practice or skill, as well as provide customized assistance based on individual or organizational needs.
